THE MINISTER OF PRODUCTIVE DEVELOPMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESOLVES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 1 .- Consider authorized, in accordance with the provision provided in paragraphs 10 and 11 of Article 1 of Administrative Decision No. 524 dated April 18, 2020, to export production activities and industrial processes specific that comply with the parameters established in Annex I which, as IF-2020-27354745-APN-SIECYGCE#MDP, is an integral part of this resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 2 .- The authorizations set forth above will become effective at the discretion of the Provincial Authorities and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires depending on the parameters and epidemiological situation that is evident in each jurisdiction and in accordance with the rules that for such purposes The competent Local Authorities dictate, in accordance with the provisions set forth in Article 3 of Administrative Decision No. 524\/20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 3 \u00b0 .- The Governors, the Provincial Governors or the Head of Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires must submit to the MINISTRY OF PRODUCTIVE DEVELOPMENT, FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours after the authorization is decided, the details of the establishments of their respective jurisdictions that are exempt from compliance with the measure of "social, preventive and compulsory isolation", by virtue of the authorizations conferred under this measure, in accordance with the detail in Annex II that, as IF -2020-27354749-APN-SIECYGCE#MDP, is an integral part of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICLE 4 .- This resolution will come into effect from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies interested in carrying out a manufacturing process with final destination of
export must prove that they have the relevant international purchase orders.
Likewise, for the company to be considered an exporter, it must have registered international sales during the years 2019 and \/ or 2020.
Authorization parameters, subsection 11 of Article 1 of Administrative Decision No. 524\/20.
A specific industrial process authorized under the terms of subsection 11 of Article 1 of Administrative Decision No. 524\/20, is considered to be an industrial activity whose purpose is the production of goods intended for the direct provision of the following activities and \/ or sectors:
\u2022 Hardware stores.
\u2022 Provision of carafes.
\u2022 Maintenance of basic services (water, electricity, gas, communications, etc.) and emergency care.
\u2022 Oil and Gas fields, Oil and gas refining and \/ or treatment plants, transportation and distribution of electric power, liquid fuels, oil and gas, fuel dispensing stations and electric power generators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Nuclear power plant operations.
\u2022 Production and distribution of biofuel.
\u2022 Sale of supplies and construction materials provided by corralones.
\u2022 Tanneries, sawmills and wood products factories, mattress factories and
road and agricultural machinery factories.
\u2022 Workshops for maintenance and repair of automobiles, motorcycles and bicycles,
exclusively for public transport, vehicles of the security forces and armed forces, vehicles affected by health benefits or personnel authorized to circulate, in accordance with current regulations.
\u2022 Sale of computer supplies.
\u2022 Optics.
\u2022 Industries that carry out continuous processes provided they have been duly authorized in the terms of subsection 1 of Administrative Decision No. 429 dated March 20, 2020.
The specific industrial process authorized in the terms of subsection 11 of Article 1 of Administrative Decision No. 524\/20 will also be considered for the manufacture of stoves, heaters and heating devices for domestic use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
