Among the main objectives, the system of administration of foreign trade that will succeed the current one objected to by the WTO will have to combat current import practices through the \u201cswallow\u201d system and the ghost companies.<\/p>\n

Within the range of businessmen that regularly dialogues with the Secretary of Commerce or the Ministry of Industry, a sector representative told BAE Business that a central objective of the new system is "to limit the entry of liquidations of merchandise from abroad, to stop the use of companies swallow and the multiplicity of phantom importers \u201d.<\/p>\n
