The meeting will be held next Wednesday at 2:00 pm at the metropolitan hotel of the Single Customs Union of the Argentine Republic (SUPARA). The unionists made the determination after today not to reach an agreement with the AFIP authorities at the last conciliation hearing set in the Ministry of Labor.

After the last conciliation hearing set in the Ministry of Labor with the AFIP authorities failed today, the Single Customs Union of the Argentine Republic (SUPARA) convened a National Plenary of Delegates for next Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. the Supara Metropolitano Hotel.
Although the labor portfolio called on the parties to continue with formal meetings in this area, the union rejected this proposal, declaring itself "in freedom of action" to take future measures of force.
During the meeting, the representatives of the collection agency offered a 23 percent salary increase applicable from August. However, the proposal was rejected by customs officials because it does not respect the agreed guideline for national public employees, established at 27 percent.

Faced with this situation, SUPARA expressed that "the salary increase proposal is unsatisfactory, since it does not respect the agreed salary guideline for the entire public sector." Finally, the unionists denounced "that the growing and worrying dissatisfaction with the inadequate treatment of personnel generates an adverse climate and threatens social peace and dignity at work."
