The Customs Cleaners Center (CDA) communicates to its associates that the Single Union of Customs Personnel of the Argentine Republic (SUPARA), through its official institutional website, has reported that the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security intimidated them to void any direct action measure from 00:00 hs. on July 10, 2015, starting the compulsory conciliation period for a period of fifteen business days.
Based on the foregoing, the SUPARA Board of Directors resolved:
1 °) Abide by the measure ordered by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security through DNRT Provision No. 323.-
2 °) To cancel the stoppage of activities that was scheduled for July 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18 and 19, 2015.
