Importers in conflict with the Government denounce obstacles to trade

They accuse the Ministry of Industry and Commercial Management of unreasonably postponing permits to bring goods into the country, and of unreasonably holding goods in the port. The portfolio denies delays but admits that it asks for "complementary projections" in order to have "a framework of predictability".
