It did so through a joint resolution of the ministries of Agribusiness, Finance, and Production, which establishes that exporters may register Overseas Sales Declarations (DJVE) of oats, barley, rye, and wheat, corresponding to the 2016 / harvest 2017, from the moment they begin to publish official FOB values of the mentioned products.
The resolution published this Monday in the Official Gazette stated that "the period of validity of the Sworn Declarations of Foreign Sales (DJVE) will take effect from December 1, 2016."
According to the Minister of Agribusiness, Ricardo Buryaile, he considered that with this resolution "exports are favored and streamlined, safeguarding the normal supply of the internal market by knowing the projected volume of sales abroad."
In this sense, the undersecretary of Agricultural Markets, Jesús Silveyra indicated that this resolution “will make it possible to set prices for the next campaign, giving predictability to the production sector” since “if sales are declared, prices are declared and horizons are set "
